The Grange - The Study Grounds of the Magi
The Grange is a place where Magi come to enhance their craft as the forest amplifies their natural powers.
You will know when you come upon it's entrance, there is a small hill you descend and you are in. And once you're in you'll know it.
Your senses are overwhelmed.
Your breath becomes thick with life; the songs of birds in the morning and crickets at night are a symphony of spirit and light. The smell of the forest, and sap of the trees is so rich that olfactory visions dance before you. The forest's berries are a slow explosion of ecstasy on your pallet. The touch of a rose petal is velvet and the prick of the thorn is as hot as a sword strike.
Take heed before you enter the Grange as there are two things you should be aware of: the distortion of time, and how to get out of there.
